(Edmonton) On May 5, the Premier's Council for Economic Strategy released its final report: Shaping Alberta's Future, which outlined broad themes for building the framework that will secure a prosperous future for Alberta.
University of Alberta President Indira Samarasekera says she is pleased that the report's recommendations are closely aligned with the mission of the university, and that the U of A was named as an instrumental partner in preparing the province to prosper in a global economy.
